Campaign Period

The Campaign begins at 00:00 on December 1st, 2025 and ends at 23:59 on January 10th, 2026 ("Campaign Period"). Only deposits and activities performed within this timeframe will qualify.

Eligibility

  • Participation is exclusive to new clients who open a trading account during the Campaign Period.
  • Existing clients or accounts opened outside the Campaign Period are not eligible.
  • Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Singapore and their local jurisdiction.

Deposits and Maintenance

  • All deposits made during the Campaign Period are final and non-refundable.
  • Participants must maintain their deposits until at least April 10th, 2026 ("Retention Period").
  • Profits may be withdrawn at any time without affecting deposit status.
  • Withdrawal of principal deposits before the Retention Period ends will reduce the final deposit tally and disqualify participants from certain rewards.

Reward Qualification and Distribution

  • Rewards are based solely on final deposit amounts maintained during the Campaign and Retention Periods.
  • The Company reserves the right to verify deposits before confirming rewards.
  • Winners will be announced and rewards distributed between April 15th and April 29th, 2026.
  • Rewards will be dispatched at the Company’s discretion upon successful verification.

Modification and Termination

  • The Company may modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
  • Changes may occur due to fraud, technical issues, legal requirements, or other valid reasons.
  • All modifications or cancellations take effect immediately upon notice.

Disqualification and Fraud Prevention

  • Fraud, misrepresentation, or deposit manipulation will result in immediate disqualification.
  • The Company may take legal action against participants involved in fraudulent activities.
  • The Company may disqualify any participant suspected of violating the Campaign terms.

Liability and Disclaimer

  • The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or technical issues affecting participation.
  • Rewards are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.

Data Privacy

  • Participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
  • Data will be used solely for administering and managing the Campaign.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • This Campaign is governed by the laws of Singapore.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Singapore.

General Provisions

  • No Transfer: Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
  • No Liability: The Company is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages arising from participation.
  • Acceptance: Participation in the Campaign signifies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
